ORDERS REQUIRE 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS from the date of scheduled delivery date mentioned for each school in our website. We will do our best to process your order within 7 business day, but please note that during the busiest times of delivery, additional time may be needed. Temporary "out of stocks" may also affect processing time. If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will notify you and hold your order until more stock arrives.
Minimum order quantity in a single transaction is one BUNDLE per class.
One BUNDLE per class and the maxiumn of two classes can be ordered in a single transaction.
Yes we have a fixed delivery fees that varies from city to city. Delivery fee is specified on the 'Order' page.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the supplier. Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to compensate our supplier and delivery partners. Check our cancellation and return policy.

Yes you can order from any location and delivery will be in same city where school is located.
We currently do not support this facility. Through daddybooks site customers can place maximum of one order per class in a single transaction.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days.
